Consult & Define
We begin by understanding your home, priorities, budget and goals. Together we define the scope, identify opportunities and establish the right path forward.
Concept & Develop
Layouts, cabinetry, materials and design concepts are explored and refined until the overall direction reflects your vision and supports early pricing discussions
Detail & Document
The approved concept is developed into detailed drawings, specifications and selections that contractors can confidently price and build from.
Coordinate & Implement
As construction moves forward, I provide support through coordination, design clarification and review to help ensure the finished project reflects the approved design.
Working together
Every project begins with an Initial Consultation. Following the consultation, you'll receive a customized proposal outlining the recommended design phases, deliverables and fees based on your renovation goals. Each phase is quoted and approved separately, allowing your project to move forward with clarity at every stage.
Initial Consultation $325 + HST
Concept Design Starting at $2,500+
Detailed Design Typically $5,000–12,000+
Coordination & Implementation Retainers generally begin at $2,500–5,000
Every project is tailored to your home, goals and level of design support required. Following your consultation, you'll receive a detailed proposal outlining the recommended phases, deliverables and fees before any work begins.
