Designed for a creative couple, this condominium renovation balances clean modern lines with warmth, texture and personality. The goal was to create a highly functional home that would serve as a quiet backdrop for the homeowners' artwork, furnishings and personal collections.

Custom walnut cabinetry, soft sage tile, crisp white surfaces and thoughtful architectural details establish a timeless foundation, allowing the home's existing artwork and carefully collected pieces to become part of the design. The result is a space that feels contemporary, inviting and uniquely reflective of the people who live there.
